"After looking round a lot of new build houses we found what we were looking for in the Godliman-Watson house we bought. The finish was much better than anything else we'd seen, the houses were a better quality and the builders were really helpful. As the house was not yet finished we got to pick from a range of options and when the kitchen tiles we were offered to choose from weren't exactly what we wanted, they gave us the address of the tile warehouse and told us to pick what we liked from there and they'd fit those for no extra cost. Any problems we had with the house (and there weren't many) were dealt with simply and quickly - we just phoned the office and they'd send someone straight out to fix it for us. We liked the house so much that when a larger one came up for sale across the road we bought that one and moved in. Even 6 years after it was built, when we discovered a problem with the drainage in the garden we simply rang the office and they sent out a team to put extra drainage in, which has solved the problem. I would definitely recommend Godliman-Watson houses, they are lovely homes and Godliman-Watson made us feel like our problems and issues were important to them, which I didn't expect from a housebuilder!"
