Godliman-Watson Homes become Groundwork Patrons
Godliman-Watson Homes are delighted to announce that 11 months after we joined the Groundwork Business Environment Association we have become Patrons of the association. The association helps organisations in the ever increasing competitiveness and environmentally aware markets we find ourselves in.
Iain Watson, Managing Director Godliman & Watson Ltd, recieved our certificate from Tony Taylor, Executive Director of Groundwork.
Iain said "Groundwork’s commitment to the improvement of our local communities throughout Bury, be it supporting people, places or businesses, has been immense. Our involvement with Groundwork lifts our company profile within Bury but more importantly helps enhance the areas in which we develop.
Over the last twelve months we have benefited from Groundwork’s training courses which are well presented and informative. With their support Godliman & Watson has invested heavily in our Health and Safety training plan focusing on individual and company needs. This culminated in us gaining the Health and Safety Award at this years prestigious Groundwork Oscars Evening
We are proud to become patrons of Groundwork and would encourage any company to get involved. With more business support Groundwork would be able to deliver even more projects to benefit our area."
